How to Fund Your Next Car or TruckThere’s a reason summer is a popular time to purchase a new vehicle. Auto dealers often offer good deals, especially as they clear their lots for new models that begin appearing in late July. But smart auto shoppers realize that dealer “deals” often don’t extend to financing. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, it pays to research your funding options just as you would examine your vehicle choices. NEFCU is the area’s #1 local auto lender because we offer great rates AND we make the loan process quick and easy. There are three ways to get started:

1. Apply online at nefcu.com2. Call Loan Phone at 866-80-LOANS 3. Ask for NEFCU financing at many local dealerships

With NEFCU financing in hand, you’ll know what you can afford and you’ll be in a stronger position to get a great deal. Want to learn more about car buying? Visit our auto shopping website at nefcu.com/carbuying – everything you need to be a car-buying pro is there.

Transfer Money to another MemberIntroducing Intra-Institution Transfers on NEFCUOnline

With intra-institution transfers, you can now use NEFCUOnline to conveniently and securely transfer money to another member.

To get started, just go to Move Money > Send money to a member or click on any of the Add Recipient links within the Move Money transfer screens. To establish a connection, your recipient needs to be a NEFCU member and have a checking or savings account with us.

Once a recipient has been saved successfully, you can proceed with making the transfer. Currently, only one-time transfers are supported. In subsequent online banking sessions, you will always find the previously added recipient in the To account dropdown on the Move Money transfer screen.

There is no limit on how many recipients can be added. You can also remove a recipient at any time by going to Move Money > Manage Transfer Destinations.

Note: You may need to tap “Refresh” on the watch to begin seeing balances.
