Q. How much prior notice do I have to give?

• 4 hours for uploading new lists of up to 100 participants.

Q. What happens if all participants do not get connected in the first instance?

• Re-blast will be given after the first instance.

• The system is intuitive to not dial-out participants who are already in conference.

Q. Can I have multiple lists co-existing under my name?

• Yes.

Q. How often can I update the list?

• Keep us updated on the latest list. New records will be uploaded in a maximum of

2 hours.

• The system dials out 8 participants per second viz. over 1,000 people connected

in 3 minutes!

• ‘Scrubbing’, where participants who have missed calls over 2 instances are contacted by the conference manager. The reason for absenteeism is then handed over to your company.
