Dear Colleagues,

2020 - 2021 was a very different year all together. The last year was a challenging year and taught varied lessons to all with different experiences. For us @ Cyret it has been a comparatively good business year in challenging times. We cultured our business to handle operations in these changing “ NEW NORMAL “ situations and now it gives us confidence to achieve further goals in spite of continued challenges.

In this In this year, we handled implementation projects right from Business Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Training from offshore virtually without having in person meetings across diverse cultures, languages & time zones. We also ventured in new edge technologies like ML & AI. We have developed a new platform using these technologies for one of the start-up company. It’s big change !

We could train new hires, freshers from remote locations in our comprehensive Training Program seamlessly. New technologies were also explored during this year. This meant that Cyret has now geared up for any situation which is inevitable for Organizational Growth.

Going Going forward; we have expansion plans in Europe & ANZ and all our Sales Strategies are aimed towards achieving this. I am sure the kind of interactions we are having with the various Regional Oracle Teams, the coming year will bring lots of opportunities in those geographies.

Now our overall Cyret team is very young, dynamic, vibrant with loads of ideas whichwill certainly lead Cyret towards Cyret 3.0 !

They provide a full spectrum of highly reliable CNC turning, milling, and grinding machines and provide technologically advanced work holding and machine tool accessories.Project Details: We are handling multiple projects with this client including projects for their subsidiaries in US, Europe, Asia. There are other ongoing small projects or Enhancements

• Mig • Migration from Sage to JDE 9.2 for a Germany subsidiary having product line as Work Holding & Machine Tool Accessories. Modules to be implemented: Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement & Inventory, Service & Warranty Management, CAM

• Migration from DATEV to JDE 9.2 for a Germany subsidiary having product line as CNC turning, Milling & Grinding Machine. Modules to be implemented: Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement & Inventory, Service & Warranty Management.

Client Detail: Multibillionaire business conglomerate with more than 100 years of presence. Client service offering portfolio in construction, oil & gas, contracting, engineering, trading, IT solutions, food and beverage, travel, pest control, interior design, lifts and escalators, water purification, security, facilities management and real estate, others.Project Details: Migration of Data base including OS upgrade.

Client Detail: Start-up Company H.O at MumbaiProject Details: New Aggregator platform for using Python, NodeJS, Elastic Search etc. First phase of the project planned for Go live was in Jan 2021.

Client Detail: Client is one of the oldest and most well-established oil & gas service providers in the Sultanate of Oman. They have built the first flowline, pipeline, tank farm, production station, and the first overhead power line and performed the first rig move in Oman.Project Details: Cyret helped them for VAT Implementation.

Client Detail: Client has presence in Residential, Offices & Retail Property Supply in Abu Dhabi.Project Details: Implementation of CAFM along with the latest mobility feature from Oracle using Visual Studio. We have successfully completed Business Analysis phase and are on track to complete the project on time.

Client focused on the distribution of a very extensive range of Household and Personal Care Products along with food production products.Project Details: • Automated Bank statement integration with JDE using RESTAPI services. • JDE supports SOAP API • JDE automation helps to fetch 15 odd bank statements from 3 rd party system without human interference • Time saving solution • Time saving solution for client

Client Detail: Client is into Facility Services and is a regional leader in delivering integrated facilities management services across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.Project Details: • E-invoicing for India Entity. This project will open up similar opportunity for other companies in India wanting to automate e-invoicing process • This project is to consume API developed by TCS to validate, Generate, Save Q code in JDE using Orchestrator, RESTAPI

30+ Clients served under Shared Services. We have been able to add good logos in support and been successful in transition project to the support engagement. Shared support has been effectively managing clients and been able to retain them by meeting & exceeding customer satisfaction. We have added few new Clients into the shared Services last quarter such as UAE based property management company.

Client Detail: Client is an international wine business with headquarters in South Australia and corporate offices in Melbourne.Project: • Support engagement in areas of Finance, Manufacturing, S&D, CNC• Successfully completed one year of support and team helped to transition from inhouse support to Offshore support engagement• We are now into the 3rd Year of this engagement.

Client Detail: Client is a leading industrial gas company. Project Details:• This is a support engagement in JDE Finance and Technical. • This support engagement is more than 8+ years now.

Amol Patekar : EEven though it has been just about 3 months in the company, it has been a quite eventful time. Managed to work by taking the COVID pandemic in the strides and hoping to work with all the people in near future. Talking about the work experience healthy Client Relationship, preparing solutions proposals also I delivered a webinar for warehouse management system to a wide global audience. Overall, I owe a lot to Cyret & Milind for having me in the team and giving me an opportunity in many diverse areas.

Kedar Kulkarni : I joined Cyret on 14 September 2020, & I joined the organization virtually for first time in my career. Pushkar Umrikar : Having worked in Cyret Technologies for last 3 months has been a good learning curve for me as a fresher. It has helped me to improve my presentation skills and also helped me in boosting my confidence level. The working atmosphere here is also good and it not only helps in improving working skills but also helps in building my personality too.

Anish Lowalekar : Having worked 3 months in Cyret, I am sharing my share of experiences in a short amount of time. I believe a learning curve is important for any fresher and that comes from a team of experienced professionals, although to some extent, has helped me understand how the corporate world works. The main thing I find The main thing I find worth mentioning is the importance of "How to talk" in front of a huge crowd of professionals and the idea of our President Milind Inamdar to make us deliver a talk, has and will boost my people talking skills.
