INVITATION

On behalf of Cosmetic Dermatology Society (India), it gives us immense pleasure to invite

you for the 21st edition of “CosdermIndia 2017” from 21st - 23rd July 2017 in Mumbai, India.

The two day Conference and one day workshops will feature a balance between the science

and business of aesthetic medicine.

Our faculty consists of experts from all over the country known not only for their skills in

aesthetic medicine but also for their ability to discuss various topics in energetic and

compelling way. All talks will be substantial in current content yet brief. The program is

carefully designed to include guest lectures, symposia, case discussions, debates, video

sessions etc. There is a call for abstracts for free papers and award papers.

“CosdermIndia 2016” was conducted successfully from the 25 to 28 th of August 2016 at the

Lalit International, Mumbai. The workshops gave delegates a chance to have a personal

experience with the hands on sessions under the guidance of expert faculty. Workshops

included Fillers, Botulinum Toxins, Lasers , Chemical peels , Microneedling .

The annual conference started off with the session on a relatively new and demanding topic of

“Mens aesthetic”. Various other interesting and challenging topics like antiaging,

hyperpigmentation, acne, laser, dermatosurgery were also covered. Informative talks with

great learning on cosmeceuticals and various treatment modalities were discussed. Young

dermatologists shared their clinical experiences in the “Award session”. This year we

introduced sessions with a twist which added spice to the topics – like the “fancy dress”-

where the participants gave us a new angle of looking at topics like Melasma , approach to

pigmentation . Debates were held “for and against IV Glutathione”, “Chain Vs Single practice

consultation” – which made for interesting discussion and listening .

The response to our Congress was very gratifying and we thank the faculty and the delegates

for their participation. A special thanks to all the participating companies which helped to

make the conference a resounding success.
