2017 TICKET SERVICE REQUEST | Online Registration by Aug 25th

Ticket requests for EARLY and LATE Services will be available through our online link at cbiaz.org

or by calling the Temple office (480.951.0323). We will NOT be mailing the request cards as we

have in past years. Reservations may be made by CBI Members in GOOD STANDING only.

GUEST TICKETS & RECIPROCITY*

Members in good standing may purchase additional tickets for relatives (e.g. parents, siblings,

adult children). A maximum of six additional tickets may be reserved for a minimum donation

of $180/guest. Please reserve these tickets early as space is limited.

*Reciprocal Seating Request Forms (URJ Reform Movement) are available through the Temple

office for guests who are members of reform synagogues. Please contact iris@cbiaz.org for the

necessary form.

NON-MEMBER TICKETS

Non-members may purchase tickets through the Temple office at a non-member rate of

$360/guest. Non-member tickets are subject to seating availability.

2017/5778 MEMORIAL BOOK | Orders Due by Aug 4th We continue our tradition of publishing a Memorial Book to accompany the Yizkor Memorial

Service on Yom Kippur day. This beautiful and dignified way of honoring the memory of our

departed is combined with the mitzvah of reciting the Yizkor prayers and the mitzvah of giving

tzedakah. Please submit your request online or contact the Temple office by August 4th.

NEW HIGH HOLY DAY PRAYERBOOKS

Your donation of $72 will enable Congregation Beth Israel to purchase new Machzorim (High

Holy Day Prayerbooks) for the 2017/5778 High Holy Day Season. Each donated set will have

your customized name plate located on the inside covers. Submit your dedication and

donation online or contact the Temple office.

BIMA FLOWER FUND

Please help us to provide fresh flowers for our High Holy Day Bima. Appreciatively, contributors

will be acknowledged in the November bulletin. Please submit your donation by mail (note:

High Holy Day Flower Fund)or online at cbiaz.org.

BABYSITTING DURING EARLY SERVICES | 6 Months to 3 Years | Register by Sep 8th

Babysitting will be available during the EARLY services at Chaparral Christian Church,

6451 E. Shea Blvd, in the nursery (less than 100 feet away from the sanctuary) for

$18/child/service. Please register online or contact the Chanen Preschool (480.951.0323, ext 130).

Pre-Registration Required

To ensure adequate staffing and provide a warm and nurturing experience for your preschool

aged child, pre-registration for babysitting is required. We will be unable to accept drop-ins.
