Sarah and Sol Sacks
Memorial Elul Program
Sarah and Sol Sacks valued learning, especially since their own education
was interrupted by the Holocaust! Their children noted that they would be
especially proud to host such a tremendous educational opportunity as the
Elul program at Bnai Torah.
Speaker: Rabbi Chaim Heinemann
Topics of Discussion:
The Common Denominator Between Circumcision and Repentance
Chesed (Kindness): Its Purpose and Power
Shabbos September 14, 2019 at Congregation Bnai Torah
As Associate Director of the Cincinnati Community Kollel, Rabbi Chaim Heinemann looks for new ways to enhance the staff’s own learning and create new opportunities for the community to benefit from the Kollel. Every month, more than 100 people from all backgrounds join together for a delicious Sunday morning brunch and an entertaining, informative Torah class led by Rabbi Chaim Heinemann. He is Cincinnati’s Certified Mohel, as well as being a trained Shochet, and he holds ordination from several of Jerusalem’s leading Rabbis. In addition, Rabbi Chaim is the Secretary of the Cincinnati Beis Din. His wife, Sarah Kaila, holds a B.A. in Art and is a Graphic Designer and Computer Instructor at CHDS. The Heinemanns have been with the Kollel since 2011. Rabbi Heinemann has also performed Brissim on several continents and across many states, from the east coast through the Midwest!
