Annual Dues for AI Designated Member
Upon earning a designation, your annual dues could be pro-rated depending on the time of the year you receive your first designation (or additional designation).
Current Dues Structure
National dues are based on designation(s) and status.
Chapter dues may range from: $50 - $350
Region dues may range from: $10 - $80

As a Designated member, you must complete AI CE every five years:
• Standards (USPAP, IVS)• Business Practices & Ethics; and• 500 points of Continuing Education
Designated members adding additional designations will remain in their initial designated member AI CE cycles.

AI Professional Development ProgramsDeveloped to help Designated members hone their skills, our programs are on cutting-edge, problematic or advanced-level topics. Topics cover a body of knowledge in a specialty allowing members to obtain education competency in a property type or specialty area.
Members who successfully complete and pass a professional development program will be added to the Programs Registry. These registries can be searched by potential clients and employers. Program Registries are searchable on the Find an Appraiser main webpage.
