Events held in the Function Rooms that are set up banquet style will be set up in rectangle tables placed in long rows with white linen tablecloths and colored napkins. Events held in the Function Rooms that are set up at Individual tables will be placed using assortment of round and rectangle tables with white linen tablecloths and colored napkins. Events held in the Function Rooms that are set up at Round tables will be placed using all round tables with white linen tablecloths and colored napkins.

Meals are served family style, buffet or plated in the Function Rooms. Children’s Prices for Family Style and Buffet are $9.49 plus tax and service charge, for children 10 and under. Children’s Prices for Plated Dinners will also be $9.49 plus tax and service charge, for children 10 and under and the meal will be Chicken Tenders and French Fries. For the convenience of out-of-town guests, the Comfort Suites Hotel / Rock Garden offer guestroom blocking for those groups that wish to participate. Please familiarize yourself with the policies below regarding the set-up of a guestroom block.

The newly renovated Comfort Suites Hotel is a 115 suite, full-service property. Each guestroom includes a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, pull-out sofa sleeper, and in-room complimentary high-speed internet. The hotel offers an indoor waterpark and whirlpool as well as full business center and fitness room. Standard suites consist of either 1 King size bed with pull-out sofa sleeper, or 2 Queen Size beds with pull-out sofa sleeper. Whirlpool, Rain Shower, Executive and Presidential suites are also available.

“Your Morning Breakfast” is a complimentary continental breakfast available daily in the breakfast area of our Hotel Lobby. Guestroom Block Set-up Procedures:

-Guestroom Blocks may be set-up no earlier than 51 weeks prior to the date of the function.

-It is the responsibility of the Contact Person to contact the Front Office Manager of the hotel to coordinate the creation of the Guestroom Block. A signed contract for banquet space is not a guarantee or confirmation of Guestroom Block creation.

-A Guestroom Block of 10 rooms will be held the evening of the function (or dates as designated). A release date will be established. At the release date, any remaining rooms that have not been picked up within the block will be released for sale to the general public. Should additional rooms be needed above the 10 blocked, reservations will continue to be accepted at the rate negotiated based upon availability within the hotel.

-It is the responsibility of the guest to contact the hotel and secure individual reservations. A valid credit card will be required to make the reservation. Guests may contact the hotel at 920-499-7449 for reservations.

-Any Guestroom blocking requests for the months of August through January will be subject to special guidelines and pricing as it relates to the National Football League and home games of the Green Bay Packers. It is the Comfort Suites Hotel policy, that all weekend room blocks will be priced at an applicable rate as if the Green Bay Packers were playing a home game at Lambeau Field. On the date the Green Bay Packers release the forthcoming year’s schedule, any Guestroom Blocks booked on a non-home game weekend will have a reduction in rate. Those Guestroom Blocks booked on a home game weekend will maintain the rate the Guestroom Block was originally booked at. Hotel room reservations are not able to be made until the day following the release of the NFL Schedule and, will be subject to a two-evening minimum stay.

-A Guestroom Block summary may be provided to the Contact Person anytime. This summary will identify those guests that have made reservations within the room block. It is the responsibility of the Contact Person to contact the Front Office Manager of the hotel to request this information.
