Do not place hot objects or excessive weights onto the glass lid. 1.8 Safety Precautions Against Accidents With The Glass Lid 2 Installation of Feet THE INSTALLATION OF FEET IS MANDATORY! The feet give stability, improve safety and facilitate the use and cleaning of your kitchen. Never use flames or sparks to locate gas leaks. This can cause a fire. Use soap suds. If bubbles form, it is possible to find the leak. Do not heat food in completely closed containers as the heat increases the internal pressure. Consequently, an explosion may occur; When replacing the cylinder, always keep the range knobs and the pressure regulator (tap) in the closed cylinder (off); • When you smell gas in your home, proceed with caution, following the instructions below: a) Do not turn on the electrical switches; b) Do not turn on any electrical equipment, not even fans; c) Open all doors and windows to increase the circulation of air in the environment; d) Close the pressure regulator of the cylinder (tap). In the case of piped gas, close the gas regulator. Make sure that the gas leak does not come from a range knob that opened incorrectly. Position the burner (mouth) correctly. Do not drop the burners as this may cause them to fail. • Mount the supports correctly. This prevents the top from scratching or cookware falling out during use. 1.6 Safety Precautions Against Explosions 1.7 Care With Burners and Supports ATTENTION! Prevent accidents. Keep packaging material out of children's reach. 1 - Identify the right, left, and rear feet before beginning the installation as shown in Figure 3. 2 - It takes two people to assemble the product. One of them will have to lean the stove towards him and the other will install the feet. (Figure 4). ATTENTION! We recommend that the installation be done before removing the tape that secures the glass cover. If you have already removed the strap securing the glass cover, remove the brackets and burners and store them in a safe place so that the glass cover does not open when assembling the feet. IMPORTANT! Avoid dragging the product. Imperfections on the floor may damage the feet and impair their stability. To move the product, always try to lift it with the help of someone. When this is not possible, carefully drag it and lift it whenever the feet get stuck by irregularities. • Do not lower the glass lid while the burners (mouths) of the table are hot or lit or while the oven is in use. Any splash (liquid) must be removed from the glass lid before opening it.• Do not use a damp cloth to clean the glass lid while it is hot to prevent it from breaking due to thermal shock.• For your safety, all our ranges are equipped with tempered glass in accordance with Brazilian standard NBR13866.• Do not place hot objects or excessive weights onto the glass lid.

1.8 Safety Precautions Against Accidents With The Glass Lid

2 Installation of FeetTHE INSTALLATION OF FEET IS MANDATORY!The feet give stability, improve safety and facilitate the use and cleaning of your kitchen.

Never use flames or sparks to locate gas leaks. This can cause a fire. Use soap suds. If bubbles form, it is possible to find the leak.

• Do not heat food in completely closed containers as the heat increases the internal pressure. Consequently, an explosion may occur;• When replacing the cylinder, always keep the range knobs and the pressure regulator (tap) in the closed cylinder (off);• When you smell gas in your home, proceed with caution, following the instructions below:a) Do not turn on the electrical switches;b) Do not turn on any electrical equipment, not even fans;c) Open all doors and windows to increase the circulation of air in the environment;d) Close the pressure regulator of the cylinder (tap). In the case of piped gas, close the gas regulator.• Make sure that the gas leak does not come from a range knob that opened incorrectly.

• Position the burner (mouth) correctly. Do not drop the burners as this may cause them to fail.• Mount the supports correctly. This prevents the top from scratching or cookware falling out during use.

1.6 Safety Precautions Against Explosions

1.7 Care With Burners and Supports

ATTENTION! Prevent accidents. Keep packaging material out of children's reach.

1 - Identify the right, left, and rear feet before beginning the installation as shown in Figure 3.2 - It takes two people to assemble the product. One of them will have to lean the stove towards him and the other will install the feet. (Figure 4).

ATTENTION!We recommend that the installation be done before removing the tape that secures the glass cover. If you have already removed the strap securing the glass cover, remove the brackets and burners and store them in a safe place so that the glass cover does not open when assembling the feet.

IMPORTANT!Avoid dragging the product. Imperfections on the floor may damage the feet and impair their stability. To move the product, always try to lift it with the help of someone. When this is not possible, carefully drag it and lift it whenever the feet get stuck by irregularities.

Do not throw water on the table burners (mouths), when they are still hot, as this will cause your effort; To clean the table of your Itatiaia range remove all supports and burners (mouths); To preserve your range top, use water, soap, mild or neutral detergents and ammonia-based removers, diluted in warm water, applied with a soft cloth or a nylon sponge. After rinsing with water, preferably warm, and dry with a soft cloth. When cleaning the range top, do not drop any residue on the nozzles. If it accidentally happens, clean it with a 0.5 mm diameter needle (Figure 44). Fit the burner parts correctly (Figure 45). If they are not placed correctly (Figure 46), they can melt or cause an accident due to gas leaks.

1. Close the gas regulator and disconnect the range from the mains. Make sure the bulb's power button is in the off position.2. Turn the lamp guard counterclockwise until it loosens. See Figure 47.3. Unscrew and remove the burned out bulb.4. Screw in the new bulb and make sure it is firmly seated.5. Turn on the stove and test the operation of the bulb.6. After checking, turn off the bulb and screw the protector, turning it clockwise.

The packaging parts of recyclable materials should be sent to recycling companies. The product has been constructed with materials that can be recycled and reused. At the end of the product's useful life, we recommend that the current legislation be observed, so that its discarding is carried out correctly.

To remove the sliding racks, disengage the rods to release them. Next, remove it forward, to complete its withdrawal. To remount, fit the rack into the rails, push it in and reattach the rods to the range door. See Figure 43.

Figure 42

Figure 43

The inner side walls of the oven are coated with a special type of microporous enamel, which when subjected to high temperatures, reacts with the grease, providing the reduction of oil and grease content, which accumulate on the internal walls after using the oven. This type of coating is not toxic. It also does not alter the quality or the cooking time. The cleaning of the self-cleaning oven is carried out automatically during normal operation.

The following care is required with the self-cleaning oven:1) Do not spill substances such as oil, fats, doughs, sauces or any other material that will stain the self-cleaning enamel;2) In order not to saturate the self-cleaning coating, alternate the use of the oven between fatty and non-fatty foods.

9.1 Simple Oven Rack

The ranges have a lock in the oven rack that does not allow it to turn or come out easily, giving greater security in use. To remove the rack, push it completely back, lift the back and remove it. To replace it, proceed in reverse. Your range allows the use of the rack in 2 levels of height.

9 Oven Racks

8 Electronic Touch Display

10 Self-Cleaning Oven

The occurrence of clicks is considered normal during the use of the oven.

Get the best performance from your range by following these tips.• Diameters of cookware and containers should be compatible with the types of burners. Do not use containers that are larger than specified for your range.

• Cover the cooking utensils to avoid water loss. Put only the required amount of water to prepare the food.• Take care not to leave residues of cleaning or dirt inside the burners, as they may cause obstructions in the gas outlet.• Do not clean burners and supports when they are hot. In addition to causing burns to you, thermal shock with water can damage parts.

Unplug the range from the outlet and wait for it to cool before cleaning or doing any maintenance.To clean the range parts (burners, sides, supports, glass top, oven glass, front and bottom of the oven, pass a soft sponge with water and neutral soap). Then, rinse with a soft dry cloth.Do not use acids, lemon, vinegar, abrasives or other toxic products;Do not wet your range when it is still hot. The abrupt changes of temperature are harmful and favor the formation of cracks in the paint and enamel;
