Congratulations and welcome aboard to LiveFit Bootcamps! You have made the best possible decision for yourself. Over the next several months we will work together and one by one achieve all of your fitness goals. You can rest assured that I am just as committed to your success as you are. So consider me your committed teammate, your coach, and your friend. Here is a checklist of what to bring with you to your training sessions: 1) Come 10 minutes before your session and complete your warm up 2) Bring a bottled water to keep yourself cool and hydrated 3) Bring a workout towel to wipe away all your fat’s tears (aka sweat) 4) Bring a ‘ready to conquer’ attitude Please have no fears… We are all in this together and the person working out next to you has gone through the same struggles that you are going through now and always there to reach out a helping hand. Please use the resources below to arm yourself for the best possible success with our program. Preparation: Show up early, check in on Facebook, help inspire your fellow bootcampers Put your keys and phones in the plastic slots Sign in on the sign in tablet/kiosk Complete the warm-up for the day. It makes you stronger! Take before pictures of yourself! (You don’t have to show anybody, but you’ll be glad you took them later on!) If you bring children: The same TEAM environment that applies to our bootcamp success also applies to our kids zone success. All adults can stop or correct a child’s inappropriate behavior. If there is a concern with a child’s behavior, no one should feel reserved to speak up or help. Disciplining is not acceptable unless it is the child’s parent. All these rules should be common sense. No climbing, throwing, moving tires Kids must stay in the kids room for their safety, please tell your child to ask for an adult escort to the bathroom. There are a lot of moving people, weights and dangerous areas in a gym for a kid, please keep them safe. Keep your kids entertained with homework, iPads, games, projects, coloring books, snacks, drinks or whatever they need. The better planned and prepared, the better workout you will have! Time to Start your Workout: When the workout session before yours is finishing, LISTEN for where you need to be and GET THERE QUICKLY It might be up to 5 minutes before your trainers get completely set up to start your session but, DO NOT LEAVE THAT AREA. When it is time to start, we need to start. Be respectful of other’s time and all the workout sessions after yours
