Saying Goodbye to Staff MembersWe would like to thank Mr. Willson, Mr. Campbell, Mr. Elbin, Mr. Newman, Mr. Montoya, and Ms. Hays for their dedicated work with our middle school students. We wish them all the best for the future.

Saying Goodbye to StudentsSummer is a time of transition for many of our families. We took the opportunity on the last day of school to say goodbye to our departing students and wish them a smooth transition into their new adventures. It was a pleasure having you at TAISM. Chill Out & Read

Calling all readers! Looking for good books for your summer reading? Look no further than Sora, TAISM’s digital library! With nearly 4,000 books in the ever-growing collection, it is also the host of this summer’s reading program. Sora’s parent company, Overdrive, has offered participating schools a selection of middle-grade and young-adult titles to temporarily add to our collection. They can be checked out simultaneously and checkouts are unlimited, so any student who is interested in a title can have it within moments.

As of June 4, students will be able to find all of the books on the Explore tab of their Sora app. Any smart device can host Sora (iPad, tablet, laptop, phone), and students using multiple devices will find their progress syncs across all platforms.

So “Chill Out & Read,” TAISM students, and hopefully this summer will take you on some incredible literary adventures.
