A review of Miami Elsur indices reflects no information indicating CARLOS MARCELLO or JOHN ROSSELLI were subjected to any type of electronic surveillance nor were they involved in any instance of consensual monitoring during the pertinent periods of 1963.
It is noted that the enclosed material contains numerous references to many third parties, not the subject of the HSCA request, thereby raising the question of these third parties' right to privacy.
