CONFIGURATION ETHERNET ET1D (2 PORT)

Create Ethernet user.

1) Select [Configuration / Ethernet Configuration / Ethernet Layer-2 Switching / Ethernet User Management] from the main menu.

2) Select the NE from the lower left corner, and click >> to sent the corresponding attributes on the ring of the interface

3) Click <Create>

4) Type in the User (Huawei) and User ID (1).

5) To configure other users, click <Apply> and repeat the operations in Step (4). If the configuration is finished, click <OK> and close the “Create User”.

Configure the port attributes of Ethernet interface

Select [Configuration / Ethernet Configuration / Ethernet Interface / Ethernet Interface] from the main menu.

External port:

Binding Path

1) Click <Configure>

2) Select Configurable Ports (VCTRUNK1), Level (VC12), Direction (Bidirectional), Available VC4 (VC4-1) and Available Timeslots (VC12-1 to VC12-#). Click.

3) To delete or modify the it and click bound path, select.

4) If the configuraion is finished, click <Apply> and <OK> to close the “Binding Path Configuration” window.

Create VLAN

1) Select [Configuration/Ethernet Configuration/Ethernet Layer-2 Switching/Forwarding Filter Table Management] from the main menu.

2) Select the NE (Ethernet board) from the lower left corner, and click to set the corresponding attributes on the right of the interface.

3) Click <Create> in the “VLAN” tab to enter the “Create VLAN” window.

4) Select the User, specify the VLAN ID, and select the port belonging to this VLAN.

5) To configure other VLANs, click <Apply> and repeat the operations in Step
