Enhance Visual communication effectively.

7% comes from the actual meaning of the words.

38% comes from the way you say the words (tone, emphasis)

55% comes from facial expressions and other non-verbal communications.

Communication process

Appropriate communication process leads a listener to a goal.

Set Interim/Ultimate goal using one action verb.

Manage Hidden goal (your desires are nothing wrong, you can get when a listener reached the goal).

Give Opening to get a listener as ready as possible to hear your Message.

Give Message that motivates a listener, raises questions and creates the content.

Create key Question, based on Message.

Give Closing to confirm a listener is at the goal.

Assess the current reality of a listener and Revise Interim/Ultimate goal effectively.
