1. Purpose of development

For flow control of cooling water for moulding and welding guns and leakage control tip cooling water, the liquid which is measured by flow meter is mainly industrial water. Flow meter types such as float, impeller or Karman vortex are used, but they all have problems with clogging.

Completely fill the fluid passage with water. The product cannot measure correctly if the fluid passage is not completely filled. If the product is installed vertically, do not apply flow from the top to bottom. Bubbles may cause malfunction.

Ensure the product is used within the operating temperature range.

Operating temperature range is 0 to 50oC, fluid temperature range is 0 to 85oC.

When multiple sensors are used in parallel, install them outside of the area shown below.

In order to identify ground, use a voltage tester and place it on the control board power source DC(-) and the tubing. If the measured voltage is 0V then it is a negative ground.
