The ATP Aviation Hub cloud based service lets

you access your ATP library and compliance

information, any time and any where, using an

Internet browser.

ATP has over 45 years of experience, with over

6000 customers in 93 countries.


All your ATP Library aircraft information is

in one place, including - Airframe, Engine,

Propellers, Batteries, and Brakes.

In addition, all library revisions are

automatically updated as part of your

subscription.


In addition to the OEM publications, ATP

includes FAA documents: Advisory

Publications, ADs, MMELs, and

Airworthiness Bulletins – all in 1 easy to

access location.

You can also add an ATP EASA regulatory

library to view and track EASA ADs


ATP provides the same publications as

the OEMs. In addition, all ATP

publications are enhanced with a Table

of Contents and powerful search tools.


The Aviation Hub provides many

ways to search for information.

History is a quick way to locate

your last opened documents with 1

click.


Another way to quickly access a

document is from within ATP

Maintenance.

Each ATP provided

maintenance event in the Due

List is linked directly to the

OEM publication.


Search by aircraft –

locate technical and regulatory data for an aircraft


Start your search by creating an aircraft

configuration.

The same aircraft profile can be used for

compliance tracking, maintenance

tracking, and for quickly locating all

publications.

Here you can select the aircraft

profile you want to use to

quickly locate all publications

for the components in your

aircraft profile.


This one quick profile search

returns all the publications for

the components in your aircraft


Manuals for mobile -

Access technical and compliance data from a mobile device


ATP Aviation Hub Mobile application

is included with your Hub

subscription.

ATP Mobile is available for

Windows, iOS, and Android and

runs on tablets and phones with the

latest operating systems.


With ATP Mobile, you can

connect directly to the Aviation

Hub on the cloud to access your

publications.


Finding publication on ATP

Mobile is easy.

You can quickly locate

your publications by

manufacturer, model, and

publication type.


When viewing a

publication, you can zoom

the document using pinch

controls or print the

document from your mobile

device.


In addition to accessing

your library on the cloud,

you can mark a document

for download to your

mobile device for offline

viewing.


After you sync, marked documents are

downloaded and can be viewed offline.

Each time you sync, ATP Mobile also

checks and offers to download the latest

revisions.

If you have time, a more complete demo

is available to show all the ATP Mobile

features.


Forecast maintenance –

Planning and forecasting aircraft maintenance and compliance


ATP Maintenance provides a

view that lets you quickly check

the operational status of your

aircraft or fleet. Let’s check to

see if the aircraft times are

current.


The Action menu is 1 way to

check or add time to the

aircraft.


The usage tab lets you view or

add the latest times.

After adding times, the Due List

is automatically updated.


You can also let the aircraft pilot or

owner update the times on the aircraft

using the included Dashboard service.

The Dashboard limits what the pilot or

owner can see or do on their aircraft.


After updating the Due List, you

can check for other maintenance

events that may be coming due

further into the future using the

Forecast report.


To create a Forecast

report, enter the time you

want to forecast.

Here we are going to

check 10 hours into the

future.


Forecasting lets you do longer

range planning and helps insure

you keep the aircraft operational.


Keep Due List current -

Keeping your aircraft tracking system current


With ATP Maintenance, the Due List is

automatically updated with the latest

ADs, SBs, and manufacturer schedule

changes.

Here several changes have been

made to the Due Lists in this fleet.


The Due List displays all

the new items for the

aircraft.


When reviewing a new (or existing)

maintenance event, ATP provides a link to

the manual reference to make research a

click away.


Employee and Tool compliance -

Keep track of employee training and tool certifications


ATP Employee Compliance lets you

track the training requirements for

each mechanic to make sure their

certifications are current.


ATP Tools Compliance lets you

track all tools that need to be

calibrated or inspected.


When using ATP Maintenance

with ATP Tools Compliance, tool

usage can be added to the

compliance record when

working on an aircraft.


Assign tasks and technicians -

Assign tasks and technicians to work orders


With ATP Maintenance, you can

assign maintenance events to a

Work Order and Technician to

make accounting and

management easier.


Here a technician and Work

Order have been assigned

to a scheduled inspection

event.


After a technician has been

assigned to a maintenance

event, they can quickly view all

their assigned tasks using the

My Events tab.


Improve customer relationships -

Improve customer retention and/or acquire new customers


You can also use ATP

Maintenance to create new value

for customers using reports or

other ATP Maintenance features.


Calendar report can forecast

maintenance up to 12 months into

the future based on average monthly

flight times.

This is a great report to share with

customers for aircraft budgeting and

to insure the aircraft is operational

when needed.


Using the Calendar report,

we are going to look 6

months into the future with

50 hours per month average

flight times.


The Calendar report shows

all the events coming due

within the next 12 months.


Another great tool for

customers is setting email

notifications.

You can automatically notify

customers when an new

event is added or when an

event is coming due.


Onboarding and Training –

ATP get quickly get you up and running on ATP Maintenance


To setup ATP Maintenance, ATP

provides full enrollment services to

enter your aircraft and current

status and get you up and running

quickly.

ATP also provides

training an integrated

tools. Here is an

example of ATP’s

integrated guided help

tours.


Guided tours walk you

through the steps you

need to complete your task

– just follow the helpful

bubbles.


Authoring and managing manuals -

Managing operation manuals or other internal documents


Distribution and access to your

Operation Manuals is integrated

right into the Aviation Hub.

Check for: Updated or New

Documents, Documents to Review,

or All Documents


From the Documents tab, you can see

all the documents you have access to.

For example, when a technician is

looking for a specific process – they

can quickly access this 145 Manual.


A controlled version of your latest approved

manual appears and let’s you monitor who

has accessed each revision.

A technician can find what they are looking

for using the Table of Contents button.


With the table of contents, you can

navigate directly to the section you need.

For example, here is the table of contents

entry for the Quality Control System for

the Inspection of Incoming Materials.


With only a few clicks, the technician

can get right to Section 8.3.1 and see

how they need to manage the Inspection

for Incoming Material.

After they are done, they are still in the

Aviation Hub and can go right where

they need to go next.


If you or an editor needs to

review and edit a document, you

can access the Editor application

either through the Edit Page or

Admin commands.


By choosing the Admin command, a

simple dashboard appears with the

status of all your documents.

Let’s go into the 145 Manual we were

just looking at.


You can see all of the sections of the document,

including their current approval status.

If you need to edit a document, the authoring

tools and controls are similar to Microsoft Word making it easy to use.


After a change, the Table of Contents

section tells you an Update is Needed and

to confirm the change.

No longer will manuals be rejected because

the Table of Contents was not updated with

new page numbers - saving you a lot of

time and frustration.


Along with the Table of Content Tools, there are more

built-in tools to help solve many of the issues you face

with Microsoft Word, including: Managing Records of

Revisions, Managing a List of Effective Pages, Managing

front pages, cross references and more.


To manage your planned changes,

you can make changes through the

editor tool, or utilize the Comments

feature in the Reader application.


You and your team can put comments

on each page providing context or

suggested changes. No more

worrying about post–it notes falling

off your paper copy. All of this from

inside the Aviation Hub.


With a click, we are back at the Aviation Hub Welcome screen. Integrated

into the Aviation Hub, the Operation Manuals solution delivers a more

productive, easier, time-saving and streamlined solution to author,

update and distribute your operation manuals.

and Manual Update services – so you can focus on your day job.
