Conferences on Sustainable Design and Manufacturing (SDM-18) and Sustainability in Energy and Buildings (SEB-18) Gold Coast, Australia, 24-26 June 2018 WELCOME Welcome We are pleased to invite participation in KES-SDM-18 and KES-SEB-18, two high-quality conferences on leading-edge sustainability topics co- located in a beautiful location. The conferences will consist of keynote talks, oral presentations, invited sessions and workshops. It will provide a great opportunity to present your work to a vibrant audience, publish in respected international forum, make new links, and see something of the Gold Coast. Conference Proceedings Accepted papers will be published by Springer and submitted to be indexed in Scopus and Thomson-Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) and the Web of Science (to be confirmed). Invited Sessions Proposals are invited from senior and prominent academics to organise sessions or workshops gathering at least six papers from researchers at a range of research centres or universities around the world. Registration A single registration fee provides entry to both conferences, including lunches, coffees etc., and the publication of a paper in the conference proceedings. You can also register at the same time for the Smart Digital Futures 2018 conference, 20-22 June 2018 in the same location at a discount. This field includes both the manufacturing of sustainable products and the sustainable manufacturing of all products. The application areas include all the activities during the product life cycle and other activities such as modelling and simulation, production planning and control, logistics and supply chain management. The Conference will consist of keynote talks, oral presentations, invited sessions and workshops. The conference will provide the opportunity to present work on the subject and meet with experts in the field. The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers and government and industry professionals to discuss the future of energy in buildings, neighbourhoods and cities from a theoretical, practical, implementation and simulation perspective. The conference will be an exciting chance to present, interact, and learn about the latest research in Sustainability in Energy and Buildings.
