AS LONG AS YOU’RE SITTING IN A NICE CHAIR, HAVE A SMOOTH MAHOGANY TABLE IN FRONT OF YOU, AND ARE ENCLOSED BY PLACING INTERIOR DESIGN, NO QUANTITY OF DISCUSSION REGARDING BUDGETS, SELLING METHODS, OR TEAM TRAINING WILL FULLY PLACE YOU TO SLEEP.

CABARET STYLEWITH A CABARET LAYOUT DELEGATES ARE SEATED AT LARGE TABLE. THERE WILL BE GROUPS OF AROUND 6 DELEGATES ON EACH TABLE AND THE SIDE FACING THE PROJECTOR SCREEN WILL BE LEFT EMPTY SO THAT ALL THE DELEGATES CAN SEE WHAT IS BEING DISPLAYED. A CABARET STYLE LAYOUT IS INCREDIBLY FASHIONABLE WHERE TEAMS IS ALSO NEEDED TO WORK TOGETHER DURING THE EVENT.

BOARDROOM LAYOUTA BOARDROOM LAYOUT CONSISTS OF ONE TABLE THAT’S LARGE ENOUGH TO SEAT ALL DELEGATES ROUND THE OUTSIDE AND IS MOST SUITED TO SMALLER TEAMS WHERE THERE’S LIKELY TO BE MANY DISCUSSIONS. THE SHAPE OF THE TABLE WILL VARY FROM VENUE TO VENUE BUT WILL GENERALLY BE OVAL OR RECTANGULAR.

BANQUET LAYOUTBANQUET STYLE LAYOUT IS USED FOR EATING INSTEAD OF MEETINGS OR CONFERENCES AND CAN SOMETIMES BE CREATED OF A SERIES OF SPHERICAL TABLES SEATING BETWEEN EIGHT AND TEN GUESTS. UNLIKE A CABARET STYLE WHERE ONE SIDE OF THE TABLE IS LEFT EMPTY, WITH A BANQUET STYLE LAYOUT SEATS ARE PLACED AROUND THE ENTIRE TABLE.

U SHAPE LAYOUTA ‘U’ SHAPE LAYOUT IS IDEAL FOR EVENTS WITH SMALLER TEAMS WHERE THERE’LL BE MANY DISCUSSIONS BETWEEN THE DELEGATES AND PRESENTATIONS THAT PEOPLE OUGHT TO BE ABLE TO SEE. THIS LAYOUT IS ADDITIONALLY SOMETIMES NOTED AS A ‘HORSESHOE’ LAYOUT AND IS MADE WITHIN THE SHAPE OF A LETTER ‘U’ WITH DELEGATES SEATED ON 2 SIDES AND ONE END.
