Program Overview f-cell+HFC 2019CHBC & CHFCA Ports WorkshopMay 21, 2019, 13:00 – 17:00
The California Hydrogen Business Council (CHBC) and Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (CHFCA) will host a half-day workshop to discuss the current hydrogen and fuel cell activities in ports and maritime, hear the needs and challenges from port and maritime customers of ports in the Northwest to reduce their emission footprint. The workshop will have presentations from port authorities, terminal operators, trucking companies, and hydrogen and fuel cell technology providers.
CHBC & Transitioning to Fuel Cell Electric Buses May 23, 2019, 13:00 – 16:30
Zero-emission buses are critical for the future of public transit. A Fuel Cell Electric Bus – “the other electric bus” – is a true no-compromise replacement for conventional buses. They are proven, provide a range of up to 300 miles and full route flexibility, can be refueled in about 10 minutes and have proven their durability with stack lifetimes of over 30,000 hours. The half-day workshop will describe the status of technology, vehicles, fuel supply and fueling infrastructure and provide insights from existing FCEB deployments, operators and end-users in Canada, California and Europe.
