Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai, established in the year 1995 by MJF. Ln. Leo Muthu, Chairman of Sapthagiri Educational Trust, is non-profitable and non-minority institution. The college buildings are architecturally designed with 25,000 sq. meters plinth area as per AICTE norms. Imbibed with the message of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, our Chairman ventured into the realm of providing quality technical education to both urban and rural students from Tamil Nadu as well as other states. Now, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College has developed into a reputed Engineering Institution with ISO 9001:2008 Certification and all our Engineering programs got accredited by National Board of Accreditation. The college is affiliated to Anna University and is also approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

The College is functioning at Sai Leo Nagar in a sprawling campus of 300 acres near the well-known fascinating Theme Park, "Kishkinta."

Started in the year 1995, the department holds the pride of accreditation awarded by NBA for 5 years. This department boasts well experienced and technically excelling faculty, to impart knowledge and skills to inculcate the professional responsibilities to play leadership role along their diverse career paths and develop capability to utilize engineering skills in industry, research centers and national laboratories and entrepreneurship. The sincere efforts of our faculty to motivate the students have produced remarkable achievements in Co-curricular and Extra-curricular activities. The dedication of our Faculty and the keen interest exhibited by our students have produced a commendable academic record with university ranks and gold medal every year. We hold a privilege that even before their graduation, 80 - 90% of the students are placed and the remaining immediately after their graduation. The laboratory infrastructure of the department is excellent with state of art equipments and software related to the field of Engineering. In order to inculcate R & D acumen among the students, the department faculty encourages the students to implement innovative ideas in their project works.

The aim of the conference is to create a world class gathering of intuitive students and innovative researchers from academia and industry.
