The act states that “All licensees, nominees and staff oflicensed premises have a responsibility to ensure that theliquor is sold and supplied to patrons in a responsiblemanner.”
It is also an offence to supply liquor, allow liquor to be soldto or consumed by a person who is under age of 18 years, orwho is unduly intoxicated.
Special Dietary Requirementsour team of qualified chefs take great care in the preparationof menu items, however some food products may containallergens that individual guests may be allergic to.

Food SafetyThe team at Crowne plaza Hunter Valley take great pride inholding a HACCp (Hazard Analysis Critical Control point) FoodSafety System Certification. This ensures that we are alwaysdelivering a high quality product whilst complying withinternational codex principles of HACCp.
Event and Service Surcharge- Conference Day Delegate packages require a minimum of
15 guests- minimum catering numbers for any private dinner
Events / Functions are 30 guests- Cash bars only available on request at time of booking.
A minimum beverage spend will be advised, should thisnot be achieved the difference will be charged as asurcharge
- Events that are catered for or continue after midnightattract a $1000.00 minimum surcharge
- Events held on public Holidays attract a 10% surcharge- All prices are correct at the time/date of publication,
however Crowne plaza Hunter Valley reserves the right to change prices and content without notice due tomarket conditions
- All food and beverage consumed in meeting rooms,restaurants, bars, public and function areas must only bethat which the Hotel has provided
- A merchant service fee of 3% applies for AmericanExpress, Diners Club and JCB credit cards. A 1.5% feeapplies for all other credit cards. You are welcome tochange your preferred method of payment to cash orEFTpoS as these methods do not incur a fee.
