Steam Condensor
Steam Condensor is a device in which steam condenses and heat isreleased to the water It serves following purposes
It maintains very low back pressure at the exhaust side of the turbine.Increasing the efficiency
It supplied hot and pure water to the boiler

1 Jet Condensers The exhaust side of the steam and water comes indirect contact. temperature of the condensate is same as coolingwater
1 Parallel2 Counter Flow3 Ejector
2 Surface Condensers The exhaust steam and water does not comeinto contact
Parallel and counter flow are further classified as Low level and High level
