Concrete Cloth™ is a Simple-to-Use

Geocomposite Protection Material

• Install it like a geotextile

• Hydrate using water

• In 24 hours, it cures into a hard fiber-

reinforced concrete layer

Concrete Cloth™ can be used:

• Anywhere a hardened protective surface is required.

• Especially where conventional concrete/riprap or shotcrete is

difficult or impossible to install or requiring minimum disturbance

• Where labor is expensive or scarce.

• Project is TIME sensitive and you need to minimize weather issues

Concrete Cloth™ is a geocomposite

It combines the flexibility of geotextile fabrics with the

durability of hardened concrete!

Concrete Cloth™ can be used:

- Where a hardened protective surface is required.

- Where conventional materials are difficult or impossible

to install, effect current operations, overall performance

are not meet, and cost

What is Concrete Cloth?

A flexible cement-impregnated fabric that hardens

when hydrated to form a thin, durable concrete layer.

Concrete Cloth™ (“CC”) consists of:

- Dry concrete mix

- Reinforcing fiber matrix

- Fabric top surface

- PVC bottom coating

Using Concrete Cloth in a drainage ditch instead of Riprap?

• In the rain

• No form work

• Cures in 24 hrs

• Handles large flow capacity

• Minimizes excavation

• No extra equipment or labor

• Works in restricted sites

• Contours to existing grade
