Access 1) Go to the competition website using your browser www.prixitaliacompetition.rai.it 2) You will be asked to enter your user name and password.

Enter both the username and password you received from Rai (username example: “EPRIX001”) The following screen will appear. To enter the competition website click on the first “here”.

At this stage you first need to accept and confirm the GDPR Regulations as shown in the screenshot.

Festival Details By clicking on “Festival Details” you will be shown the following sections:

The festival competitions and

related description

General Info regarding the present edition (location, dates, etc…)

Categories within each competition

Timeline with dates and related deadlines

Edition events during the Festival

Modify Broadcaster By clicking on Modify Broadcaster you can amend your organisation page details. Fields marked with * are compulsory.

Edit your logo By clicking on “Add Attachment” you can upload your updated logo. In order to change it, it is necessary to remove the old one first, and then proceed with uploading the new file.

Register Your Entries By clicking on one of the competitions available (Radio, TV and Web) you can register a programme after filling in the specific form you will be shown when clicking on “New Programme Entry” button

All fields marked with * are compulsory (category, original title, etc.). The compulsory fields are different according to the chosen competition.

We remind you that you must accept at least the first consent statement, by clicking on the dedicated checkbox. The second is optional.

When you click on , the programme entry will be saved as a draft (it will not be visible to Prix Italia staff,

and can still be changed by clicking on the icon in the "Your programmes" menu). When you click on , the programme entry will be saved and confirmed (at this point, it will be sent to Prix Italia staff, and can no longer be changed). Once you have created and saved your programme entry (either in draft or completed form), a summary of all the programme entries created for the competition in question will be visible.

IN ADDITION… clicking on Edit your profile Clicking on and “Edit my profile” you can edit your personal profile details (attaching files and photo)

Creating new users Clicking on “Users” in the menu you can display and check all contact persons related to your Organisation:

Creating new ones (“New User”), if needed:

Entering all necessary details: Name, Surname, e-mail address and phone number. Once you have created a new user, the staff of Prix Italia will validate it and activate it, to have full access to the system. (Green point and “Registered” state)

Register a new programme entry To register further programmes please follow the same steps again, clicking on “New Programme Entry” button.

The following screen will be shown, please continue with the same steps as described above.
