Conclusion and Ongoing Work In conclusion, mouse events using Java libraries which has imported to MATLAB, image processing using MATLAB, developing and idealizing the hand gesture for mouse events, done so far is approximately %40 of the all project. The mouse events are working properly with taking inputs manually, soon it will take the input data from image processing part. The image processing part is taking single images and process them seperatly. RGB color based hand gesture is develope and idealized. The finished parts are not accomplished but they are working properly as needed. The remaining parts of the project needs more hardworking studies. The input-output relationship between image processing and mouse events is the most complicated part of the project. Single outputs are taking as data from the webcam with snapshots. As an ongoing work this inputs must be continuously, the outputs must be sustained with a delay to move properly the mouse and perform the mouse events. Webcam and screen resolutions are different and they have to be scaled to each other to take inputs with little errors. The delay can be changed for achieving more accurate outputs from image processing part. Experiments are going to done to measure the MATLAB codes success rate and if there is some unwanted results try to fix them. The project final report will be written and it will be presented in the class.
