client to work within given budget requirements:
Monthly Retainer:
Many clients appreciate the simplicity of a monthly retainer.
Agreed hours for a regular monthly fee. This is usually the most
cost efficient option as we reduce our hourly rate for a longer term consistent agreement.

We provide a detailed proposal for each project requested. We are glad to work with POs and purchasing departments.
Hourly:
Concentrics will provide services on an hourly basis.

North Carolina Housing Foundation, Inc.Campaign Development
The North Carolina Housing Foundation (NCHF) selected
Concentrics Communications as their partner for strategic
planning and campaign development for the largest fund
raising project in their 50+ year history, The Campaign for
The Commons.
Concentrics constructed the business plan to effectively gain
funding from large businesses and sophisticated foundations
as well as evoke a heartfelt desire to give from members of
the community. Campaign materials were developed and
produced to communicate the validity of the project and to
stir the desire to help members of our community with great
needs and clear potential to recover.
In less than one year, NCHF is nearing their fundraising goal
and has taken ownership of the 16-acre property that will be
home to The Commons.

A long-time client, Winston-Salem State University (WSSU)
recently awarded a long-term contract to Concentrics
Communications as their primary communications partner.
Concentrics efforts include bringing a consistent, branded
presence across all communications. Concentrics has
employed the integrated direction across admissions,
fundraising and alumni projects. Each project succeeded not
only due to consistent branding, but also due to a graphic
design developed to appeal to targeted audiences with
relevant, impactful calls to action.
