*Computers in City Hall are to be used to conduct City Hall business. Work not related to City Hall may not be conducted on a city owned resource. Computer based recreation – surfing the internet, visiting chat rooms and recreational email is prohibited.

*Attachments must be screened before sending out or opening

*Commercial shopping and betting websites may not be visited using a City Hall computer
