Guest lecture on Co-Processor System Design organized for the

students of III sem Sec D of Computer Science Engineering

Department

On October 15, 2016, Prof. Kamlesh Kalbande Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

delivered the lecture for students of III sem Sec D regarding Co-processor System design of

Microprocessor based system. The lecture was organized as one of the activity based learning.

Students were benefited from the expert talk on the subject. Total 98 students were present. The

complete activity was coordinated by subject teacher Prof. M.M. pathan of Electronics

engineering Department.

Programming

Department of Computer Science & Engineering ,G.H .Raisoni College of

Engineering, Nagpur had organized one day workshop on the topic “C++

Programming” on 16th September 2016 in G-21 for III semester students. The

resource person was Prof. Reema Thareja, Author & Asst Professor, Shyama Prasad

Mukherjee College for Women, New Delhi.

In this lecture, speaker explained the basic concepts of OOP. Topics like

inheritance, polymorphism, constructors, function overloading, operator overloading

and exception handling were covered. Practical exposure on these areas was

explained very well with some real time examples. This created awareness for the

students towards their placement preparation. Students felt that this was useful for

their exam point of view.

The students interacted lively with Prof. Reema Thareja. It was very

interactive session and queries of students were clearly answered.
