Nova, Victoria, the placeNova, Victoria is new. New to Victoria, new to London, new to Europe. It is an architecturally daring development on a grand scale, creating a vibrant new link between Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace and the Royal Parks, and definitively crowning the recent reinvention of Victoria. It is the most desirable new place to live in Europe, a covetable workspace for innovative global businesses, a destination for exciting, concept shopping, and a distinctive, ever changing cultural space. More than a development, Nova is a campus, a village, a district, a quarter, a landmark, a place to live, work and enjoy. Because it’s completely new. It’s Nova.

Community Engagement
Jonathan Alabaster Community Liaison Officer
“Our engagement in Victoria is two fold and centres around our statutory engagements, which includes our Community and Stakeholder Liaison meetings and our pro-active approach, which sees us going out into the community meeting residents and businesses alike, bringing our vision for Victoria alive with historical tours of the area, that also take in our developments, and regular site visits to live projects. My background as a Project Manager in Construction, working on similar sized projects, helps with the day to day issues that arise around our developments. Land Securities wanted to have someone informed on the ground that, could respond quickly to any requests, and that was dedicated to our Victoria projects. In addition I support a number of local charities within our Corporate Responsibility banner, with pro-bono project management advice.”
Victoria Newspaper – 300,000 distribution to Victoria Station, Sloane Square, St James’s Park, Sunday Telegraph to London and the South East
Victoria Newsletter – 30,000 distribution to local residents and businesses

Victoria used to be a place you went ‘through’ rather than ‘to’ – there is now a tangible buzz in the air in SW1 – Victoria is sexy, it’s vibrant and changing! After an exciting day working at the St. James Theatre I love to saunter along some of our charming Victoria streets – so many hidden gems!”Lady Lucy French Director, St. James Theatre
