The MPT22 braided packing cutting machine automatically cuts at a programmable length braided packings with different sizes and shapes. The machine is also able to achieve sharp cuts with braided packings with stainless steel wire reinforced.

The MPT23 machine is a pneumohydraulic goosen press equipped with a rotating table made of four stations. These four stations house the moulds where the raw material is pressed. The operator can also work with a single station, mainly when small batches of gaskets are processed. The raw material to be used is braided packing to obtain braided packing rings or wound graphite to obtain die-moulded rings.

MPT 21

The MPT21 braided packing cutting machine automatically cuts at a programmable length braided packings with different sizes and shapes. . It is also possible to add a second angle, making an oblique cut with two combined angles up to 45°+45°, making the packing resistant in two directions (flange compression and blowout).

Finally the GSKET solution to automate a process that is usually achieved manually. This will help you save time and give an added value to your process. The MPT24 machine automatically winds and cuts at a programmable length the graphite strip to be pressed to obtain die-moulded rings. GSKET presses MPT70 and MPT30 already include such processes. This machine can also be used as complementary machine to GSKET press MPT23 for the production of die-moulded rings.
