CERTIFICATIONS

Our quality assurance program is documented in an approved quality assurance manual and covers all manufacturer, sales and services procedures. Stringent control of dimension and mechanical properties, starting from the raw material and following right through all production steps to laboratory testing, as the final product is examined in order to maintain the high quality of products.

Material Control SystemThis system controls the quality of all incoming material. The incoming material specifications are co-related with Raw Material test certificates of the material and the checks are documented.

In-process Testing and Inspection SystemThis system controls the quality of the entire products during production. Each batch of the products are subjected to testing and inspection. Testing and inspection is performed in accordance with specification standard requirements. Test and online inspection data is evaluated by the QA/QC department and recorded in an appropriate format.

Control of inspection, measuring and test equipmentAll the inspection and testing equipment are calibrated periodically to maintain their accuracy.

Final inspectionThe outgoing products are checked by QC to ensure the high quality of products before delivery.
