objective tWo: ESSD will offer a competitive, comprehensive envi-ronment of learning with the annual goal of hiring 100% highly quali-fied certified staff and retaining 90% of newly hired staff as evidenced by data collected by staff surveys as well as outside sources such as SESE, MSBA and NEW standards
