Establishment Act' 1953, the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to make follon ingarnendments in the Jharkhand shops & Establishment Rures 2007.

1) Short Title, Extent and Government :_

i' These Rules may be called the Jharkhand shops & Establishme't(Amendment) Rules -2072.

ii' It shalr extencr to the whole state oi jharkhanci.iii. It shall come into effect from the date of notification.

2) Rule 3A of the Jharkhand shops & Establishment Rule 2001 is hereby repealed.3) substitution of the Rule 38 of the Jharkhancl shops & Establishrnent Rule 2001.

Rule 3(B) of the Jharkhand shops & Establishment Rule 2001 shall be substituteci bi,the following:-

B) Following rules shall be added after Sub-ruie (8) of i{uie 27 oi the Jharkhanei Sirop,s

and Establishment Rules 2001.

Rule 2(9) :- Every order issued by or settlement arived before The Labour Court or

designated authority for the said purpose shall be executed in accordance r,r.ith the

procedure laid down for execution of orders as decree of a Civil Court under Order 21 of the

Code of Civil Procedure 1908.

Rule 2(10) :- The Labour Court or designated authoritv for the purpose as the case

may be shall transmit any order or settlement to a Civil Court having territorial jurisc-liction

and such Civil Court shall execute the order or settlement as if it were a decree passecl bi,

9) The word "renewal " used in Rule 27(A) of the Jharkhand Shops and Establishment

Rule 2001 is herebv repealed.
