This dedicated team delivers the guidance you need to manage your day-to-day HR tasks efficiently, effectively, and compliantly with applicable employment laws and regulations. Your Strategic Partner on Human Capital Management Solutions Your Relationship Manager/HR Business Partner will lead an onsite portal launch of Workforce Now Comprehensive Services, leading multiple sessions throughout the day to introduce employees and managers to the Workforce Now self- service portal as well as the suite of value-added services. Your Relationship Manager/HR Business Partner will schedule an onsite Strategic Analysis meeting with your key stakeholders 2 to 4 weeks after contract signature. The purpose of the Strategic Analysis is to understand and document your business objectives and strategic HR goals, and to create an action plan to address these goals. Your Relationship Manager/HR Business Partner stays engaged with your project team and your executive sponsors with monthly executive status calls. These calls ensure consistent messaging and organizational alignment to your strategic goals and business drivers. At the end of the first year of ADP Workforce Now Comprehensive Services, your Relationship Manager/ HR Business Partner will schedule an onsite Strategic Account Review. During the Strategic Account Review, your Relationship Manager will: Provide a detailed report on how your employees and practitioners used all of the tools and services available in ADP Workforce Now Comprehensive Services. Quantify the value associated with each of those tools and services. Discuss progress against your strategic HR goals Outline additional improvement opportunities for the upcoming year. ADP has created custom packages to meet the specific needs of your business: For smaller businesses with core HR administration needs, choose Comprehensive HR Core. For businesses that require benefit administration technology, choose Comprehensive HR Core Plus. For businesses who need our full suite of HR services, choose Comprehensive HR.
