SOLUTION: CX-MIS and Analytic Reporting Diagnostic

Step 1: InventoryThis phase of the work focuses on detailed documentation of the existing environment. CX-Analytics insures the business problem is specific and well understood. Further, business require-ments, technical resources, existing costs and the existing technical environment are documented. All client policies, procedures, constraints and standards which will significantly affect any solu-tion are compiled.

Step 2: AssessmentThe Assessment phase of the diagnostic com-pares a client’s requirements to both industry standards and their existing environment. CX-Analytics then augments these requirements with additional recommendations based on its expertise and experience. The output is re-viewed with the client and any adjustments are made before proceeding.

Step 3: Action PlanThis phase of the work focuses on building a recommendation and plan to deliver the output from Step 2. A detailed list of specific project deliverables is compiled which, when implement-ed, will meet the requirements. These recom-

mended deliverables will include components addressing data, tools, processes and infrastruc-ture. They will also include specific analytic reporting requirements to address the business problem. The deliverables are aligned against the client’s key business imperatives or priorities. CX-Analytics will also prepare a target operating model for the proposed solution. A mid-level, pre-inception project plan is prepared which includes any recommended project phasing. A project management approach is tailored the to client’s specific situation.

Step 4: Business CaseThe last phase of the Diagnostic creates a busi-ness case for the client. Costs are compiled and detailed as granular as possible. Benefits are summarized into “hard”, quantifiable P&L cost or revenue opportunities, and “soft”, process-relat-ed items. CX-Analytics offers optional services to develop a more detailed business case based on specific client requirements. In addition, CX-Ana-lytics can prepare a client-specific project initia-tion and approval document. A complete setup of documentation for the Diagnostic Project is delivered.
