MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

❖A security consulting firm that has been active for five

(5) continuous years in the last ten (10) years

providing security masterplan management or consulting

services and cyber assessments for Category X and 14

CFR Part 139 Certified airports.

❖ Proposed Key Personnel must possess a minimum of

three (3) years of continuous experience within the

last five (5) years in security risk assessments and

providing security masterplans at Category X and 14

CFR Part 139 Certified airports.

❖ Proposed Key Personnel must remain assigned to the

Contract a minimum of one (1) year from the project

task start date or until ADR approves all final

deliverables.

❖ Be in good standing with the City for its proposal to be

considered responsive.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

CONTRACT TERM

❖ Two (2) years, with three (3) one-year renewal

options.

ESTABLISHED BUSINESS

❖ Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC)

Registration

❖ Prior to the award of the professional

agreement.

AIRPORT SECURITY

❖ All individuals assigned to work at the airports must:

✓ Pass fingerprint-based Criminal History Records

✓ Aviation-issued security credentials or badge

3 Month Review Meet with ADR to discuss Project Task

findings/assessments identified to-date.

6 Month Review Meet with ADR to discuss Project Tasks

three Project Tasks. The team will provide

Project Tasks, incorporating feedback and

requested information from the initial presentation.

Project Tasks End Conclusion of the contract.
