Complimentary Classes November 30 th – April 8 th Monday 8:00am – 9:00am - Fifteen Minute Fitness with Karen Van Scoyk Before you hit the slopes squeeze in these three 15 minute work outs to start your day out right. Karen will start at the core with her absolutely abs, move into strengthening your lower body and finishing off with upper body training. 4:00pm – 5:00pm - Restorative Yoga with Michelle Mortensen After a long day in the snow join Michelle and relax and renew your body and mind. Poses are held between 5 - 15 minutes helping your muscles fire up resulting in a deep stretch. Tuesday 9:30 – 10:30am Core Challenge with Karen Van Scoyk Join Karen in an accelerated core-focused program, designed to tone and sculpt the abs and entire body. This workout will leave you feeling challenged and invigorated. Wednesday 8:30am – 9:30am – Early Morning Yoga with Keala Miller Wake up with Kaela in a vigorous align-and-flow style class to ground you and get you going and flowing into the rest of your day. 5:00pm – 6:00pm – Après Ski Flow with Sandy Fallon Sandy will guide you through a gentle flow to unwind and open after a day on slopes. Thursday 5:00pm –6:00pm – Hatha Yoga with Michelle Mortensen Complete your day by flowing with the rhythm of your breath and reconnecting your body/mind. This is an all-levels class with focus on asana, pranayama meditation, and relaxation. All levels warmly welcome. Friday 7:30am – 8:30am Core Fusion with Sara Gorevan Join Sara for an hour focused on activating your core with torso stabilizing exercises. All classes are complimentary. Sign up is required.
