Our experience in the organisation of production processes includes the development of pro-

duction and supply systems according to JIT system - “just in time”.

Implementation of such systems has a number of key advantages in serial deliveries to the

conveyor:

Reduced level of inventories in the production process (work in progress), pro-

curement and finished products.

Decrease of requirements for the sizes of production areas.

Improvement of products quality, reduction of defective products and reworks.

Reduction of production time.

The main principle of the company in product development is the teamwork of all project participants, parallel product and process

development, final decisions acquisition with the participation of the customer in order to meet its requirements and expectations.

The industry-standard model with “several contractors”

expects that the launch time for such projects is at least one

and a half years. We managed to deliver the first batch on the

conveyor after 8 months.

conveyor of Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant are an indicator of
