Our experience in the organisation of production processes includes the development of pro-

duction and supply systems according to JIT system - “just in time”.

Implementation of such systems has a number of key advantages in serial deliveries to the

conveyor:

Reduced level of inventories in the production process (work in progress), pro-

curement and finished products.

The industry-standard model with “several contractors”

expects that the launch time for such projects is at least one

and a half years. We managed to deliver the first batch on the

conveyor after 8 months.

conveyor of Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant are an indicator of
