Dear Parent/Guardians,

As we stated in earlier correspondence, next week is a special week for our Year 6students and you will need to enter the following dates/events into your diaries.

End of the Year for Year 6

Wednesday 1st June: Y6 Completion Assembly(9:30-11:00am in the NIST Theatre)

Wednesday 1st June: Y6 Completion Dinner(6:30-9:00pm at the Grand Millenium Hotel)

Year 6 Pool Party The morning of Friday, June 10

The Year 6 Completion Assembly(Wednesday 1st June in the theatre)

We cordially invite all parents to The Year 6 Completion A ssembly which will start at9:30 am and finish at approximately 11:00 am. Year 6 students need to be at schoolno later than 8:30am where they will go up to their Homeroom to get prepared for theCompletion Assembly. Mr. Doug is expecting ALL of the Year 6 students to come toschool looking smart and in their school uniform.

Girls: Pale Blue school shirt, a navy blue bottom, white socks and closed inshoes (trainers etc). Tartan skirt/culottes are also fine to wear.

Boys: Pale Blue school shirt, a navy blue bottom, white socks and closed inshoes (trainers etc).

The Year 6 students will go home after the Completion Assembly with their parentsto get themselves ready and prepared for the dinner and dance.

The Year 6 Completion Dinner(Wednesday 1st June at the Grand Millenium)

The Year 6 Completion Dinner will take place at the GRAND MILLENIUM HOTEL (Soi Asoke). The evening starts at 6:00pm and finishes at 9:00pm .

Students should start arriving at the Hotel no sooner than 6:00pm. The NIPTAcommittee have organized a 30 minute photography session for student photos to betaken at the Grand Millenium starting at 6:00 pm.

The dress code for the dinner is smart casual. The students have been shownphotographs of the range of clothing that is suitable for this event.

The students will be required to pay a fee of 550 baht for the dinner. This needs tobe paid to the Elementary Office by Monday 30 th May 2011 . We will be served aSpecial Menu (food that the students will like) which includes both Western,Vegetarian and Thai dishes.

The evening dinner at the Grand Millenium Hotel, is specifically for the students andtheir teachers. So we are requesting that parents drop off their child /children at theHotel, leave and then return to pick up their child/children at 9.00pm. We do requirethat you provide transport for your child to and from the Hotel.

As it is a school day on Friday, we ask that you are punctual in picking up your childat 9.00pm. The person picking up your child should come into the Grand MilleniumFoyer to collect them as we will not be allowing students to leave the buildingunaccompanied. If on Friday morning your child needs a short sleep-in, we will leave

this to your discretion.
