Discuss how the media influences our ideas about the ideal body image.
WILF:Students will understand what a ‘normal’ weight is
and when weight is becoming a problem.Students will learn about cultural differences in
attitude to food and body image.Some students will be able to describe the health
consequences of being too thin or too fat. Seal: Be considerate of other people’s feelings and
respect how others look and feel about the way they look.
