Previous Work

The NJTPA is seeking consultant support to:

1) Develop the Borough of Keyport’s Complete Streets Policy and Implementation Plan

2) Draft a Complete Streets ordinance, and

3) Engage public and stakeholders to build support for Complete Streets projects

Borough of Keyport RFP

• The consultant effort is expected to start in December 2019.

• Project to be completed within 12 months of commencement.

3) Draft land use, design, mobility, parking, and other regulations and policies, and

4) Advance the work of regional, county, and state entities that support economic growth in the Borough.

• Experience in community visioning, consensus building, working with local governments, innovative public engagement, and engaging traditionally underrepresented populations

• Demonstrated knowledge of NJTPA region

• Ability to successful perform work
