The NJTPA is seeking consultant support to:
1) Develop the Borough of Keyport’s Complete Streets Policy and Implementation Plan
2) Draft a Complete Streets ordinance, and
3) Engage public and stakeholders to build support for Complete Streets projects
Borough of Keyport RFP
• The consultant effort is expected to start in December 2019.
• Project to be completed within 12 months of commencement.

Technical Proposal Submission Requirements

Cost Proposal Submission Requirements
• Follow-up questions must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager, with a copy to the Director of Environmental and Sustainability Planning and Senior Director of Finance and Administration
