1963 - Though FKL started its manufacturing of the rolling elements in the early fifties of the Twentieth century in the erstwhile Czechoslovakia, the complete range of standard bearings rolled out in the year 1963.

1963 - 1993 - The manufacturing legacy of 3 decades began in Czechoslovakia with production of high precision bearings for the Russian defense specially for aircraft.

Post 1995 - After the disintegration of Czechoslovakia in the year 1993, FKL came into the European market starting its operation from Poland, Romania, Croatia and so on.

Post 1998 - After serving Europe with the world class product, FKL has extended to the North American shores and parts of Africa.

Post 2004 - FKL India was established with the vision to promote FKL as one of the top brands in India.

2015 - FKL set up manufacturing plant in Ahmedabad in technical collaboration with FKL, s.r.o.

• Roller filling and assembly of bearing.

• 100 % RC checking by assembly parson and cross verified by quality team.

• Marking on bearing face by chemical marking.

• Final inspection done by quality team.

• Final washing and oiling.

RAW MATERIAL

• Round bar sample provide by supplier & inspection at our source by NABL certified lab.

INSPECTION STAGES

• sampling inspection of turning material as per quality plan done by FKL QC engineer at supplier end.

TURNING SAMPLE INSPECTION

HEAT TREATED SAMPLE INSPECTION

Steels used for production with parameters of International standards. For production of bearing rings and rolling elements, high quality materials of carefully selected manufacturer are used. Long standing collaboration with suppliers guarantees permanent amelioration of evaluating parameters of incoming materials

• After 100% inspection done at assembly stage the Quality Engineer do final Inspection on sampling basis as per

Sampling Plan.

These Holograms signify that the FKL products, on which these Holograms are affixed, are genuine FKL products. This is done by us in order to protect customers like you from buying low-priced, low quality, spurious bearings and bearing accessories - falsely branded as “FKL”, which, when used, cause more damage than good to your machines as well as your business in the long run.
