Bradley Environmental hold UKAS Accreditation under ISO
17020 for conducting Asbestos Management, Refurbishment
and Demolition surveys.
All of our surveys are conducted in line with HSE guidance
HSG264. Our team will locate and identify asbestos
containing materials (ACMs) and then carry out a full risk
assessment.

refurbishment works
Demolition Asbestos Surveys - required prior to any
demolition works
As part of a controlled regular asbestos management
programme, our surveyors can re-inspect any previously
surveyed property to update the information held on the
asbestos register.
Re-inspection schedules can be tailored to your specific
requirements which we will establish with you.
The development and implementation of an asbestos
management plan is essential in controlling asbestos risk and
in most cases, the asbestos survey will be the cornerstone of
your management plan.

Bradley Environmental holds UKAS Accreditation under ISO
17025 to undertake Asbestos Fibre Air Monitoring.
Air monitoring should be undertaken by a qualified asbestos
analyst during asbestos works that have been notified to the
HSE (Health and Safety Executive).
We offer our services 24 hours a day/365 days a year and
can work on one off or long-term asbestos removal projects.

We have three UKAS accredited laboratories nationwide
including Birmingham, Wakefield and St Asaph (North
Wales). Samples are analysed in accordance with HSG 248
and in-house procedures, using stereo and polarised light
microscopy.

Our project managers can assist you in the procurement and
management of asbestos remediation and removal projects.
Services include evaluating bids and delivering a tender
review summary to the client with our recommendation on the
bids received.
