Complete Seafood Dinner Lobster Tail Preparation Pre-heat oven to 450°F. With scissors remove the tin shell covering the under side of the tail by cutting along each side. Spoon 2 tbsp. of the Savory Lemon Butter (see recipe) over the lobster tails. Drizzle remaining butter. Place tails in baking pan. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and the crumbs are brown. Choice Beef Steak Tenderloin Preparation For best results, thaw overnight on a flat tray at 32-36°F in the cooler. Grill or broil to your desired degree of doneness. For best results allow steaks to "bloom" for 5-10 min prior to cooking. Scalloped Potatoes Preparation Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap and label from tray. Tent aluminum lid over product tray and place product tray on baking sheet. Place baking sheet with product on middle oven rack in preheated oven and cook for 60 - 70 minutes if thawed and 80 - 90 minutes if frozen.

Carefully remove product from oven, lift pan from sides - do not lift from corners. To avoid spilling, always support bottom of pan with a baking sheet. Let stand for 15 minutes prior to serving. Savory Lemon Butter Ingredients 1 cup unsalted butter, melted ¼ tsp. Paprika ½ tbsp. Minced Garlic 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Parsley Flakes Directions Mix all ingredients together and serve in ramekins alongside meal on plate.
