The machine positioned at the beginning of the blow-room line, the automatic bale plucker, allows for suitable plucking of various grades of cotton and man-made fiber within the range of 76mm staple length. The intelligent carriage system can precisely pluck two types of cotton simultaneously. The plucked tufts are then sucked into the next machine for further treatment by an air current coming through a transport duct.

Mono-Axial Flow OpenerJSB 102/C/103

ServiceMono-Axial Flow Opener is installed between the Bale Plucker and the Multi-Mixer as a pre-cleaner. It is suitable for processing cotton, synthetic, fiber or their blends. The raw cotton is evenly struck and pressed by 5.5 cycles along the spiral path of the cylinder which ensures gentle opening and prevents damage to the fibers. The grid bar gauge can be adjusted manually. The machine comes equipped with a micro-dust removing dust cage, which not only provides effective removal of fine dust and short fibers, but also stabilizes the cotton feeding pressure to avoid machine chock.

Specification

This machine unit is placed between blow room and draw frames and suitable for various fibers. It will further open and card the loose material from blow room line, and remove neps, impurities and short fibers, then make the crimp fibers into straight single fiber status, and concentrate the fibers into uniform sliver. The high speed coiler then will fill the can with the sliver to supply the after process.

Increased carding area

1. Optimized rear carding structure design enlarges effective carding area more than 10% comparing with ordinary

cards.

2. No need re-piecing after machine stopping.

3. Cylinder, doffer and machine frame is made in steel structure. Several steps of heat treatment ensures good

stability and high precision. (cylinder and doffer cylinder roundness error is less than or equal to 0.01mm)

4. The licker-in waste suction can be adjusted to meet different requirements of raw material.

5. The whole auto-levering system is consist of 4 auto levelers ensuring stable sliver quality and evenness.

6. The flat end is made in wear-resist alloy steel and driven by synchronous belt.

7. Flat speed inverter control.

8. Aluminum duplex stationary flats, with four segments in the front, and 10 segments in the rear ensure good

stiffness, and high precision of guages. Two front and two rear web cleaners.

9. Key motors, electric components and bearings are from famous brand.

10. Comparing to traditional cards, production of JSC228E increases 10%, space occupation reduces 9%, and

energy consumption of producing one ton of yarn reduces 9%. Total investment of blow room carding will

reduce more than 3%.
