SECRETARY OF STATES FOREWORD

Alliances are an important part of the White House

culture and have been ever since it was created. Through

alliances friendships are made and through friendships

come joy. The White House has experienced much joy

from all of its allies. With Alliances bringing more than

just essentially joy they bring other things, they bring

capabilities for the future, such as new defensive

techniques, more trading abilities and so much more.

Expanding and retaining allies is one important thing that anyleading organisation must have. The ability to share and expand ournetwork with others that share our same thoughts for the future as

we do.

Being the Secretary of State I have a large control over how thealliances are decided upon and worked out in the White House.

Sometimes fun and other times hard work but always movingforward.

Through all of this I give permission and am proud to publish this2011 White House Alliance Report. Enclosed are current statistics,information and recommendations all regarding the White House

alliance current procedures.

Alliances Overview

Active Alliances (as of 30/05)Thisis a listof our currentalliesin brief a more detailed reportonthe individual ally will be in the nextfew pages.

- - Elite Police Force- British Army- CIA (Special SWAT Police)

Atcurrentthese are our only allies. We are differentand have uni ue

relationshipswith each of our differentallies. Aswell asthatwe havedifferentinterestswith each of our allies. For example we like towatch and make sure thatthey are an ally for their very strongand intactmilitary base. EPF is good to hold onto for their numbers,with members exceeding 40,000. BA and CIA are both close friendsand ex-membersofthe White House which both bring forward goodarmies aswell assentimental value.

Aswell as currentalliancesthatthe White House has made we wouldalso like to pointoutthatwe have had an interestin forging an

alliance with Q7s group. Althoughthey seem to be informal, they area very well off army and have contactswith all ofthe hotels richestHabbos. They are one to hold close, asthey could be useful to usinmany ways, financially and even diplomatically.

Also to add thatone of our closestallieshas recently closed downdue to many reasons, the SS Public statementsaysthatdue toinactivity thathe hashad to close down. Butthrough our contactsand researchwe now knowthatthere were many issues amongsthisinner circle members. Causing tension and in the end the

disbandmentofthe Shadow Syndicate.

The UK has been an ally ofthe White House for long time. They have

been constantwiththeir approachto the White House. Friendly andkind although recently discovered atone pointthe Intelligencegathering partof UK wasusing our White House as a training ground.Thishassince been ceased.

We knowthatthe Mi6 group of UK is a devious bunchthatis prettygood atwhatthey do. Since the incidentin Marchwe have beenwatching them closely withtheir Mi6 numbers doubling. Although asthey are alliesthisshould notbe seen as a threatyetmerelysomething to watchwith caution.

Apartfrom these ups and downswe have the UKssupportinWartime (even thoughwe do notapprove ofwars).

Elite Police Force

The Elite Police force is an ally butnotfor its obedientarmy (or lackof). The EPF is one ofthe mostunorganised groups on the Hotel butthey alwaysseem to pull massive amounts ofusers. The main benefitof being a partofthe EPF issimply for getexposure within the EPFHQ in an attemptto getsome oftheir membersto our HQ.

We have never really had any drama with EPF and their TopManagement is notvery easy to contact. So the EPF alliance is one

thatwe have grown with over time.

Recommendations

Firstly I cannot stress to the Cabinet to NE ER be too trusting with

allies. They have stab us in the back and they will do it again. So makesure that you treat everyone with equal caution.

Secondly I would like to say that we as a group are not as open orinteracting with our allies as much as we should be. We could be

making very strong connections with all different types of people and

groups that could better not just the White House but you as people

individually.

With those two things put into place the White House will be a much

better place full of much better people. The full effect of havingalliances can be put into action.

In summary this report can give you insight into the details of theWhite House current alliances and affairs as well as a small past and

present write up on them.
