The serial number for this item is 1234567ABCEFG. My phone was working efficiently for the first two months. I had no problems with the keyboard, speakers, touch screen, or apps. However, for the past two weeks this phone has not been functioning properly. On random occasions, it will turn off and need to be restarted for no reason. Another problem is that while my phone is set to a loud volume, it still does not play the ringtone when someone is calling me, it only vibrates. Also, a few of the apps will randomly stop working and will return me to the home screen several times throughout the day. I am not satisfied with the functioning of this phone that I have only had for three months. I am requesting a replacement phone that will not cause me the same problems in another three months. Although I have had an iPhone 4 in the past that worked properly the entire time I had it, I did not expect this phone to start malfunctioning so soon.I am including a copy of my receipt, as well as the one year warranty that is included with the phone.I look forward to hearing from you within the next week, as I do not want to be using a malfunctioning phone for longer than I should.
