Competitive Meter Ownership Transaction Impacts Identified (work in progress)

• Business requirements have been developed and delivered to TX SET for identified transaction changes necessary to implement Rule 25.311. – TX SET change control # 2003-512

• Provide a mechanism where the TDSP will apply a re-occurring credit on the 810_02 invoice to the CR for meter ownership.

– TX SET change control # 2003-513• Provide a mechanism where the TDSP can identify what

type of entity owns the meter on the 814_20.

– GAP• The conveyance of meter ownership information to “new”

CRs as the result of an enrollment or drop has not been included as an automated transaction. A process will be developed by COMET to address a temporary solution to the identified GAP.
