Incentive Period• April – December 2011• Participate by opting-in, invitation extended to all
Directors
Director Team• A Director Team is everyone in the Director’s downline
who is a Manager or Senior Manager
• The Director Team excludes any downline Directors
2011 Director Challenge
Monthly• Director Teams will work together to achieve a
monthly goal set by GNLD every Quarter
The first goal:• Director Teams must collectively sponsor a
minimum of 4 new starts with 100PV each to meet the challenge. Each team member must also have at least 100 PPV.
• If this goal is achieved, the Director will receive a prize for every member in their team – for them to distribute.
2011 Director Challenge
Quarterly• The top ten teams will receive points every
month
• The first team will receive 10 points and the tenth team will receive 1 point
• At the end of every quarter, the points will be added up. The top 3 teams will receive a fully sponsored GNLD meeting with a GNLD Executive.

Senior Manager• Be a Senior Manager with 1000 QPV in 1 month (Qualified
for a 10% Sales Volume Bonus)
• Sponsor at least 3 Distributors with 100 PPV each in your team (Do not have to all be in same month)
BENEFIT:• RECEIVE $150 AWARD TO BE PAID UPON ACHIEVING
DIRECTOR
Future Director Incentive
(must qualify during the incentive period)
Qualified Senior Manager • Be a Qualified Senior Manager with 1000 QPV for 3
consecutive months (must have a minimum 1000 Personal PV during the same 3 months)
• Develop at least 1 Senior Manager Leg with 1000 QPV (Qualified for a 10% Sales Volume Bonus)
BENEFIT:• RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL $300 AWARD TO BE PAID

Director• Become a Director and receive the accumulated CASH
