Elite Customers will receive a login to trevoelite.com, where they can review past purchases, place orders, refer other Elite Customers and access additional information on the Trévo product.

In order to qualify for commissions and promotions, each Life and Health Coach MUST have the appropriate amount of QVP volume in their personal Customer ID in the month prior to the commission date. You must earn all 8 generations in all parts of the compensation plan: PowerStarts, Upgrades, QVP and Bulk Packs for your QVP order. PowerStarts are required to un-lock levels just like GV.

With Trévo's PowerStart Business System, you can develop retail customers and expose potential team members to the product! The goal of every Life and Health Coach should be to sell 24 bottles to retail customers and potential team members in the first 90 days.

With Trévo's PowerStart Commission program, you can earn commissions from all 8 generations of product sales from the PowerStart business development packages.

WHAT COMMISSIONS DO I QUALIFY FOR?You are eligible to receive the commissions tied to your PS Level.

EXAMPLE: If you enter with a Director PowerStart System (PS 3), you are eligible for full commissions on each Director PowerStart System (PS 3) or lower that you sell to your personal enrollees. However, if you enroll someone with an Executive PowerStart System (PS 5), your maximum commission will be that of the Director PowerStart System (PS 3). The difference will be paid to the first PS5 that is qualified.

If you have entered Trévo with a smaller system, you can upgrade systems as you grow your business through retailing more product.

POWERSTART COMMISSIONSThe commissions earned on a purchase made by a Life and Health Coach that you enroll will be based on the level that each individual in your upline is at upon the time of that enrollment. If the enroller is at a higher PowerStart level through retail growth, that individual will earn the maximum commissions available from the PowerStart level at which they enroll the Life and Health Coach. Likewise, the individual in the generation directly above you will receive the maximum commission available if he or she is also at a higher PowerStart level than the enrollee. However, if an individual is at a lower PowerStart level than the enrollee, that individual’s commissions will max out at whatever level they are at, not the level of the enrollee. In this event, the commissions amount left over the cap of that person’s earnings will ROLL UP to the next individual in your upline who is at or above the enrollee’s PowerStart level.

No matter what level of PowerStart you start at, you can upgrade your system as you develop your retail customers and team members! Your maximum eligible commission is the level you are currently qualified for. When you enroll with a PowerStart System, you are only eligible for the commissions that particular PS level carries.

If someone in your downline purchases a larger system, you will only receive the commissions that you are eligible for. I know what you are thinking, what about all of those commission dollars that I am missing out on! Don't worry, you can upgrade your system at any time to purchase more product and expand your customer base. Simply pay the difference between the two systems and also receive the difference in product!

The other great thing about upgrade commissions is that you can earn commissions when someone in your downline upgrades too! For example, if Bill is on your first generation and he upgrades from a PowerStart system to a Director PowerStart system, he pays the difference of $132.00 and you receive a $32.00! Upgrade commissions are paid on all 8 generations and follow the same roll up structure as PowerStart commissions.

QVP COMMISSIONSWHAT IS QVP?Qualifying Volume Points (QVP) is any of the packages listed below that are purchased under your personal Customer ID number. The purchase of a QVP package is used to determine the qualifications that one can possibly earn. The number of accessible generations will depend on the QVP package that the Life and Health Coach purchases.

QVP points do not go towards your own ranking.

Remember, the best way of promoting the product is by using it!

NOTE: In order to receive revenue, a Trévo Life and Health Coach must be in good standing with Trévo and be personally fulfilling thier QVP monthly requirement. *Please see pay schedule presentation for more details.

* If your monthly GVP points fall below 13,000, then you can be eligible to receive all 8 generations of commissions by purchasing a 3 bottle or higher QVP package.

QVP COMPRESSIONHOW DOES COMPRESSION BENEFIT ME?

Trévo’s monthly commission compression ensures that you receive the maximum commission possible. Here’s how it works: you are paid monthly commissions on everyone in your first 8 generations who has placed a QVP order in that month. With monthly compression, those Life and Health Coaches in your 8 generations without a QVP order are simply taken out of the equation and other team members from generations below your 8th level are temporarily moved up until all 8 generations are filled. This allows you to receive commissions on all 8 generations. After commissions are paid, your 8 generations roll back to the positions held prior to compression.

TEAM VOLUME RECOGNITION POOL BONUSTeam Volume Recognition Pool Bonuses are another important benefit in the Trévo Compensation Plan. This pool bonus is our way of rewarding sales leaders, business builders, and dream builders for their strong leadership. Trévo reserves 15% of the company's Group Volume revenue (from monthly QVP and Bulk Pack sales) to be paid monthly in 15 separate 1% pools. This amazing global pool bonus maximizes the power of our revolutionary Single-Line Matrix compensation plan, with the result being more income for Trévo’s movers and shakers.

In order to qualify for commissions and promotions, each Life and Health Coach MUST have the appropriate amount of QVP volume in their personal Customer ID in the month prior to the commission date.

COMPANY REVENUE

EXAMPLE OF 1% TEAM VOLUME POOL:

When Trévo ships 70,000 Group Volume cases per month, the total monthly revenue will be approximately $7,000,000.00.

Each 1% pool will be worth $70,000.00 and will be divided by the number of Life and Health Coaches who have achieved that specific qualifying rank.

Using this example, if you are qualified at the Blue Sapphire Director level, you will share in four (4) separate $70,000.00 pools.

Similarly, if you are qualified at Black Diamond Grand Elite Executive level, you will share in fifteen (15) separate $70,000.00 pools.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

Level 1 through 15: Volume maximum is 20,000 points per leg on levels 1-8.

LUXURY CAR BONUSES

UNDERSTANDING THE RULES• Upon qualification, completed application to participate must be submitted to Trévo

corporate office.

• After application is approved, send completed vehicle contract or lease agreement (with all paperwork and a photo of luxury vehicle purchased) to Trévo corporate office 30 days before the 1st month’s bonus is to be paid.

• No bonus money will be paid until receipt of information is confirmed.

• Life and Health Coaches have the option to either purchase or lease the vehicle.

• Life and Health Coaches must purchase or lease one of the six approved manufacturer brands: BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi or Range Rover*

• Vehicle must be manufactured no more than 2 years from the year it is purchased. Example: Participating Life and Health Coach may purchase 2015 model or newer in 2017.

• All vehicles purchased or leased via the Trévo Luxury Car Program must be either black or white.

• All cars must be purchased from an Authorized Dealer.

• Proof of car ownership and insurance verification must be submitted to Trévo corporate office annually on car purchase anniversary date.

• Car bonus money will only be paid through the lease or purchase period. Until such lease period is complete or the car has been paid in full; and not to exceed 5 years from date of manufacturer.

• If car is purchased with cash, bonus money will be awarded to the Life and Health Coach for the allotted 5 year period on the earned months only. Example: If car is purchased on a 3-year note and is paid off the car at end of said 3 years, you will not continue to receive Luxury Car Program bonus checks for 4th and 5th year.

• Amount of each month’s car bonus payment will be based upon the Life and Health Coach’s GVP for the previous month. Example: Although Life and Health Coach may come into the Luxury Car Program qualifying for a $550.00 monthly car bonus, if their monthly GVP falls below 45,000 they will not qualify for a $550.00 car bonus payment that month.

• Any month that a Life and Health Coach does not meet the Luxury Car Program qualifications, car bonus shall not be paid or shall not be added at end of term.

• All qualifications must be met within calendar month by close of business (2:30PM CST) the last day of the month. No exceptions.

• Bonus payments are only offered for 5 years. At the end of 5 years, car bonus payments will cease or Life and Health Coach must purchase or lease a new car.

• All cars must be properly maintained and be in excellent working condition.

• All sales/lease agreements are between Life and Health Coach and dealership.

• Trévo LLC is not responsible for the purchase or lease of any vehicle.

• If Life and Health Coach has financing problems due to credit issues, a co-signer is allowed as long as said Life and Health Coach’s name is on contract or lease.

• Trévo corporate office reserves right to make changes to Luxury Car Program Qualifications at any time without notice. * Different models of cars are available in various international countries.

CHARITY BONUS

The founders of Trévo, Mark and Holli Stevens, firmly believe in the value of giving back. They actively support a variety of charitable organizations and ministries both in their local community and in the global community.

Through Trévo, leaders who achieve Black Diamond Executive status and above will be rewarded with shares of the Trévo charity pool bonuses. These shares will be distributed as donations to charities specified by these leaders, and will be made in the name of the participating leader.
